Master tenant - Login to the system administration
- On the Master tenant, navigate to 'Settings'
- Click on 'Edit' next to a tenant
- Under 'Call Groups/Pickup Groups' select as many groups as you wish to assign to the tenant
- Click on 'Save'
Tenant
- Navigate to the tenant
- Navigate to 'Extensions'
- Click 'Edit' next to an extension
- Click on 'Advanced options'
- Under 'Call/Pickup groups' select the option previously added on master tenant
- Click 'Save'
