To set allowed destinations for an extension: - Login to the system administration
- Navigate to 'Extensions'
- Click on the 'Edit' button next to the extension
- Click on the 'Destinations' button
By default, all destinations are allowed for each extension. To set different destination permissions:
- Click on 'Set destinations manually'
- Click on 'Remote Destinations' to set Proper/Mobile/Etc... privileges:
- Click on a letter under the 'Routes' navigation to display all countries starting with that letter
- Click on 'United Kingdom,' for example
- Select 'Yes' next to the 'Proper' option to enable calls to a UK proper number from this Extension
- Select 'PIN' next to the 'Proper' option to enable calls to a UK proper number from this Extension, but a PIN will be requested before making the call
- Select 'No' next to the 'Proper' option to disable calls to a UK proper number from this Extension
- Click on 'Save'
- Click on 'Local Destinations' to set system application privileges:
- Select 'Yes' next to 'Queues' to enable calls to system Queues from this Extension
- Select 'PIN' next to 'Queues' to enable calls to system Queues from this Extension, but a PIN will be requested before passing the call to system Queue
- Select 'No' next to 'Queues' to disable calls to system Queues from this Extension
- Click on 'Save' button
- Click on 'Other Network' to set other systems privileges:
- Select 'Yes' next to your Other Network Connection to enable calls to another system from this extension
- Select 'PIN' next to your Other Network Connection to enable calls to another system from this extension, but PIN will be requested before passing the call to another system
- Select 'No' next to your Other Network Connection to disable calls to other system from this extension
To enable all 'Remote', 'Local' and 'Other Networks' destinations click on the 'Allow all destinations' button in the upper left side of popup window
