• Login to the system administration
• Navigate to 'Settings: UAD'
• Click on 'Edit' next to your UAD/Phone type
• Set 'Status'='active'
• Click on 'Save'
• Navigate to 'Extensions'
• Click on 'Add Extension'
• Click on 'Advanced Options'
• Click on 'Multi Extensions'
• Click on 'Browse' and select a .csv file from your computer
• Click on 'Open'
• Click on 'Upload' (the button with a green arrow on it)
• Click on 'Next'
  

NOTE: .csv file should be in the following format (Full name, E-mail, Extension number, Secret, PIN, MAC - optional)
