Each extension can be set as a part of a 'Call Group' or 'Pickup Group'. Call Groups set which group an extension belongs to, and Pickup Groups define which Call Groups can be picked up by this extension. To setup these groups: - Login to the system administration
- Navigate to 'Extensions'
- Click on 'Edit' next to the extension you want to change
- Click on 'Advanced Options'
- Set 'Call Group'='1' (Assigns this Extension to Call Group 1)
- Set 'Pickup Group'='1,2,3' (Extension will be able to pickup call from Call Groups 1, 2 and 3)
- Click on 'Save'
