Each extension has the 'NAT' option. It has to be enabled when the UAD/telephone is on remote location (outside of our LAN) and behind a NAT. In such cases, without this option enabled, you would have a 'one way audio' problem. The remote extension would hear you, but you wouldn't be able to hear them.
