To delete the custom voicemail greeting message (Extension 1000 for example):

SELF CARE:

• Login to Self Care
• Navigate to 'Settings: Voicemail'
• Set 'Reset Busy Message='Yes' or 'Reset Unavailable  Message'='Yes' depending on which 'Greeting message' is set
• Click on the 'Save' button
• The system will delete the custom greeting message and revert to a default greeting message in the English language.

ADMINISTRATION:

• Login to Administration
• Navigate to 'Extensions'
• Edit Extension 1000
• Click on 'Advanced Options'
• Set 'Reset Busy Message='Yes' or 'Reset Unavailable  Message'='Yes' depending on which 'Greeting message' is set
• Click on the 'Save' button
• The system will delete the custom greeting message and revert to a default greeting message in the English language.
