The maximum silence time is set as a timeout that hangs up voice recording if nothing is said for a specified period of time. To set the Maximum Silence Time: 1. Login to the system administration. 2. Navigate to 'Settings: Voicemail'. 3. Under the 'General Voicemail' group there is a 'Max Seconds of Silence' option. 4. Enter the value in seconds (e.g. 3) and Click the 'Save' button.
